Try running a search using simple crossover as the words in the search screen. You will see numerous variants of what you are requesting. Try running one or more of them and see if they meet your needs.

I tried many of the MA crossover efs's available in the Library. Unfortunately, all the ones I tried paint a color change if prices close above or below a moving average.

What I actually need is this: Paint the bars (foreground, fg) blue if the 4 EMA itself crosses and closes above the 6 EMA. Irregardless of what the prices are doing. Ten, Red fg color if 4 EMA crosses and closes below the 6 EMA.

Most of the ones I tested do price crossover, not 2 EMA crossover.

Can you help me either edit one of the efs's or construct a new one? It would alsobe good if the 4/6 could be edited if needed, without constructing a new formula.
