is it possible to add a "color" option to the Formula Parameters?, Also the alert is not triggering.

An option to color the moving average? Given that the study only plots one line you can use the Color in the Display Override section of Edit Studies (see image where I changed the color to red).
As to the alerts I just checked the efs in Tick Replay and as far as I can see it is working.
