    MA lines

Has anyone created moving average lines for the HA charts?

Moving averages? Do you mean overlaying standard MAs onto a H-A chart? That's just a matter of using the "Basic" studies in Esig and adding whatever MAs you want. Or maybe I'm not clear on what you're asking...?

I've been toying with MAs on my new H-A colored price charts, and finding they could work wonders to keep one in the trend until quite close to its exhaustion.

        ha Moving Averages

No, I mean moving averages using the HA Formula for Close. This creates a very interesting ma with definitions a bit different from the normal simple ma. In other words. the longer term ma are often higher than the shorter term mas, whereas this is not true for the nornal mas. Also, they do a good job of keeping in the trend, as commenting on previously in this thread.

Ahhhh I see. Interesting idea, I hadn't quite gotten to playing with such things yet. I will definitely do so now though, thanks!
