What is the version and build number of eSignal you are currently using?
Also, what symbol/interval combinations are you having this problem with?
Try changing your interval to Daily just to see if the study loads.
Also try doing a Ctrl+click on the green OK in your chart's cursor window. You may also then need to reload the formula.

I tried emailing a reply, but it did not post, here it is:
Thanks for responding, Jason. I'm using version 7.6, build 634. The symbol is esm4, interval is 5 min. This
works fine with the other 21centuryfutures efs study, but not the High five. I tried changing the interval to
daily, the whole esignal page just hangs with an hourglass cursor, I have to exit and restart. I tried ctrl+
click on the cursor window to reload, the chart reloads OK, but the efs highfive still does not display. Using
the reload from chart options also does nothing. I have been wrestling with this for over a week now, the Live
rep has not been able to help. Any help would be appreciated....
