I cannot get the high five efs to load, I just get the message
"Loading Data...." and the data never displays. The other
efs study displays fine.

Hello mriley123,

What is the version and build number of eSignal you are currently using?
Also, what symbol/interval combinations are you having this problem with?

Try changing your interval to Daily just to see if the study loads.
Also try doing a Ctrl+click on the green OK in your chart's cursor window. You may also then need to reload the formula.

I tried emailing a reply, but it did not post, here it is:
Thanks for responding, Jason. I'm using version 7.6, build 634. The symbol is esm4, interval is 5 min. This
works fine with the other 21centuryfutures efs study, but not the High five. I tried changing the interval to
daily, the whole esignal page just hangs with an hourglass cursor, I have to exit and restart. I tried ctrl+
click on the cursor window to reload, the chart reloads OK, but the efs highfive still does not display. Using
the reload from chart options also does nothing. I have been wrestling with this for over a week now, the Live
rep has not been able to help. Any help would be appreciated....

There is a newer build that has some updates for these studies. Download and install build 635 and see if that fixes the problem.
