MANCANO DATI FIB e EUREX DEL 29

Buongiorno signori,
sul grafico intraday del fib30 non riesco a vedere le barre del 29/12 su grafici intraday mentre sul daily ci sono .
Soluzioni?
Continuo a riavviare esignal ma niente.

non riesco a visualizzare il grafico del fib del dax e dell'eurostoxx
relativo alla giornata di lunedi' 29 dicembre 2003.
Succede anche a qualcun altro?
Esignal recuperera' questi dati?

la presente per segnalare che non riesco a visualizzare i dati del FIB e di tutti i futures dell'EUREX Dax , Eurostoxx ecc. per la data 29 dicembre . Ho un buco negli storici dei grfici , idem per importare i dati in tradestation .

Qualcuno mi sa dire se è una anomalia di eSignal , e se si gli storici li reintegra esignal ? ???

Come dal messaggio sopra eSignal è al corrente del problema gia' da questa mattina in apertura e stanno lavorandoci sopra.

Further investigation on this has indicated that any exchange that took the 26th as a holiday (in addition to Christmas) has been affected by this problem. Engineering is still investigating the cause and will have more information as it becomes available.

We have found the problem on our servers. There is an issue on the client side that for markets that have holidays that are on Thursday and Friday, they are missing data on certain days even though the data is on the servers. We are testing a server-side fix for this, and expect to have this rolled out next week. Our approximate time frame for this problem to be corrected is Wednesday, January 7th.
