CAD@fxcm A)-fx dData on minute charts seems to have stopped this evening at 19:43 EDST.

CAD A0-fx is working fine.

FXCM for CAD in the Quote Montage under CAD a0-fx numbers match their trading platform. I have a green ok in the Cursor Window and did a CTRL click on it to no avail.

As of 7:45 pm PT or so, I can see the FXCM specific symbol started to update again. Not sure why it would gap like that when FXCM does appear to be a contributing source on the composite (via time and sales).

I've reported it to our QA team and we'll see what we find.

About 23:40 to midnite the individual brokers stopped updating again. I checked GAIN and FXCM as in CAD@FXCM a0-fx.

Is there a place where this outage should be posted for users to check on status?

Hi Dave,

Still under investigation but it may be related to some ticker plant changes made last night. We'll know more later this morning (PT). If we are aware of any wides-spread outage, we will post in the Network Status area of these forums.

In terms of notifying us, you posted in the correct forum.
