  • URGENT - Data Error in Charting EURUSD

    Hi There Technical tTam,

    Huge data error occured in charts for the Euro / USD currency pair for the date of 2 Dec 2007. A urgent indication on when this will be fixed will be much appreciated.

    Magda,

    this issue is under investigation and it should be fixed by now. Please close and reopen your eSignal to reflect the changes.

    As a workaround for the future, you can use a single contributor e.g. EUR@FXCM A0-FX to avoid seeing the bad prints.

      Thanks for the update Christine.

      We rebooted our system and it was timely as it seems to incorporate the fixed data now. Thanks to all the team members who got this fixed.

      Another question. The eSignal data feeds to Metastock is not working well. The daily information now reflect the data changes but not the intraday charts. Any suggestions from your end?

        did you try to close both applications (including the DM) and reopen?
        Try if that helps, if not please send me a PM with your username, or contact us directly to look up your connections.
