Missing Data/Different Data

Hello,

We have 3 computer platforms with 3 different eSignal accounts.

On each platform we unfortunately have differnt chart bars for the same symbols. More than that, on 2 platforms out of the 3 we have missing data, for example on the 10 MIN timeframe we have for 09/10/08 only 26 bars, instead of the 39 bars.

We have tried to exit eSignal and reopen it again for a few times, but with no change in the charts.

Please help us to solve this problem.

Could you please provide some more detail, to help us locate your reported difficulties.

In particular, please advise a symbol example.
Also, have you setup the same program time setting on all computers (File/Preferences/date and Time Settings).

Have you applied any specific time templates to your charts?
If possible, please provide a screen image to illustrate the differences.
