Eric, do you see any improvement on your side, the problem still seems exactly as it was to me?

We had the fix in place for a time and then we had to roll it back due to some other issues it caused. I'm not sure we have put the fix back in place yet. I will get an updating statues on this and post here again.

New fix for this is being tested now. No word on when this will con into production yet, but I will update again

The permanent fix for this is in the process of being rolled out. Some servers have already been done and this process should be complete by the end of the week.

Eric, thank you very much for your help and feedbck with this problem. Although it was slower than i hoped, it helps a lot to have someone that keeps you up to date. Appreciated.
