We are aware of the problem, and our engineering are working on it.

MarketMonk, Our London office is open from 7AM GMT till 6PM GMT, Please see our contact details. I would like to add that you can look at the System Status to see details/updates on any issues.

We have the engineering and operations are working 24hours monitoring all data and news feeds, and they restored the Eurex feed this morning.

Regarding the missing data, we will not be able to restore it if we did not receive the data into our tick servers.
