Discrepancies on hard disk vs. real-time data

Dear Jay,

I just download all the securities with tickers between T-Z again and found that over a week time NO PROGRESS has been made!!
I do pay a lot of money each month for the supplied data. Unfortunately this is data I cannot trust.

What is the new ETA to have this fixed?

Please know that we continue to investigate this issue. When I have more information on the subject I'll let you know.

I received confirmation that our QA Team is developing a tool to make a sweeping correction on all of these. No ETA available yet, but it is in the works and has high visibility.

I am happy to report that after downloading the securities A-Z only minor errors appear in my collection and test reports.

I like to thank Jay Frank and his team for the time and effort to solve this problem after all these months!
