We're unable to duplicate the issue you've reported after two days of pre, post, and market session testing.
Are there any special settings, configuration, or EFS you're using that would make it easier for us to try to reproduce the missing bar?
Most of our testing was done with eSignal 11.3 but we did also try with 11.2 with no success. If you could please upgrade to the new release of ES11.3 and see if you're still missing a bar.
