Can't contact tech support

  • Can't contact tech support

    I have been trying for 2 days to contact tech support
    using your contact us form. When I get to the 2nd page
    and click 'continue submitting' the message doesn't go
    through. Tried sending a PM but that didn't seem to work
    either.
    Is there an email address that I can use so that I don't
    have to use your form?

    I just tried contacting LiveRep from the eSignal program (selecting Customer Support-> Live Rep from the main menu) and got through without any problems. If you are having issues using the ActiveX client try the HTML client

      Thank you, Alex. I got an email address from LiveRep so that
      I don't have to use their contact form which seems to be out
      of order at present.

        I am not sure I understand why you would want to go through email when you are in contact with LiveRep who are eSignal's technical support and can assist you in real time.

          I see what you mean. It's just that I didn't want to get
          involved in a long dialog with LiveRep while the market
          is open here in Japan.
