    Hi Mihaly,
I'm sorry you're having problems with getting eSignal running on one of your computers.

Can you provide me with more information about each of the systems you use?

I would like to know the following types of information for each system:
    • Operating Systems
    • Are you getting any type of error messages when you launch eSignal?
    • Do you have any other applications running?

In addition, are you trying to run eSignal on both computers?

    Thanks in advance.

both systems are on windows XP...1 on home, and 1 on pro.
I get no error message, just a crash report that is send.
I have other applications running....but that doenst seem to make a difference.
I am not trying to run it on 2 pc's

        Mihaly,
Thanks for the info and I'll check the crash reports for a pattern that might tell us what's causing the crash. Please know from this previous post that "The crash reports are helpful to a point, they aren't something that tells us what the user was doing in the program or what exactly caused a crash."

If you have never gotten eSignal running on this computer you might want to try a full uninstall using the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs,

After the eSignal is uninstalled remove the following files from the C:\Windows Directory

        Winsig.ini
        Winros.ini
        Reader.ini

Delete the eSignal folder from the C:\Program File Directory.
This information is also available at the following URL http://kb.esignalcentral.com/article...ticle=1626&p=1

Go to our website www.esignal.com/download and install the lasted version.
You can also contact Technical Support for assistance with this above instructions if you are not comfortable doing them.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
