    TechAnalysis,

I'm not seeing any problems on this end. Are you still having this problem? Let me know so I can further troubleshoot.

      Mike -

It cleared up about an hour after the time I posted.

If it happens again I'll let you know asap. It also happened a few times before, maybe 2-3 weeks ago.

I'll try to get a screenshot if it for you. It only appeared on the daily charts (advanced); the 30- and 5-minute intradays were OK.

If my understanding of how the filtering works is correct that spike will
not go away until a bar after that is plotted.
You may consider going on line with a Live Rep and inform them about it
(that way they can also see on what server that bad print is)

              TechAnalysis,

Good to hear. Just let us know if you see anymore problems with your daily charts. As far as bad ticks are concerned, please use "Customer Support" within your main menu and report any bad ticks there. In the meantime, I'll go ahead and report this bad tick.

Wed 12-24 9:45am ET - all daily charts loading as normal.

It seems like this problem has been resolved, since every day for the past week it's been good.

Have you changed anything at the server end or could it be because many users are taking off this time of year?

I supposed Jan 6th will be a good test when everyone's back at it.

                  TechAnalysis,

We definitely made changes with our server configuration that seemed to have helped tremendously. I'm also curious to see how the servers respond on Jan 6. Hopefully, everything will run smooth. If not, please let us know.
