How to upgrade?

I currently have QCharts but wish to upgrade to QCharts Plus. If I try and do this on the website it asks me to create a new user name and provide credit card details again. Can somebody tell me how to make this work without having to create a new user account?

Hi Adam,
Unless someone else knows a way to do a different website procedure, you may be left with giving Billing a call. 510-785-1254

Larry's suggestion will certainly work well; another method is below.

1) Log into Account Maintenance with your QCharts username and password.

2) Click on "Add / Cancel Add-On Services"


3) Put a check next to QCharts Plus on the following screen, and then click the submit button.


There's a confirmation screen, etc. following that, but then you should be able to access the Plus features shortly thereafter.
