  • QC 6 Login Problem

    I have had QC6 login issues before but waiting a few seconds they cleared automatically. This one is a hard lockout anf if I'm reading the screen shot correctly, QC 6 is saying that the password is OK and connection to the DM is OK but the DM says differently.....

    I think the original problem was that the eSignal 8.0 WinRos.exe was picked up instead of the QC 6 WinRos.exe. I renamed the eSignal 8.0 WinRos.exe to WinRos.xex so it could not execute and now the QC 6 WinRos is being called but there is still no success in logon.

      Hi Bob,

      This is something that will likely need some thorough analysis by a technician. With 6.0 they can look at your connection log to see what might be going on to cause this to occur.
