Today, I watched a webinar at Go To Meeting that taught some techniques regarding trading the ES. The presenter had several windows showing time and sales info filtered for size of transaction. All of the trades were either red or green showing that all the trades were at or below the bid or at or above the asked. I don't know what system he was using but he said it was fed with e-signal data.
On my system using Qcharts 6.02, my time and sales show a lot of trades where the row color is white indicating the trade was made between the bid and ask. However, the ES rarely has a spread of more than 1 tick so I don't know why I am showing all these white rows wheras the guy doing the webinar had no white rows. Any ideas?
