Early indications are this is not a 6.1 code issue. Still working on the cause for not getting Entitled.

I am just going to take a stab in the dark here, I could be way off base....
Since the issue is intermediate and effects people differently as they are trying to log in...Is there some type of server limit being reached, were someone has to log off before someone else can log on...?
Perhaps do to the mass influx of users now converting over to 6.1...

Bill, I haven't seen a problem this morning. I upgraded yesterday to 1719 from 1706 (with the same workspace I have been using lately) and I am seeing charts and quotes as expected.
I uninstalled 1706, cleaned the registry of all eSignal and quote.com keys then deleted the old program files qcharts folders (of which there were many from previous installations). I now have one, fresh installation of QCharts 1719 and no traces of old versions of qcharts, continuum, qfai, etc. Dunno if that effort made any difference or not.
Showed 61 MB memory usage before minimizing; afterward it is now showing 15 MB.
I'll take a stab here too: Should there be some clear instructions for upgrading directly from 5.x to 6.1 wrt account maintenance? I know that over the years of messing with the various version 6 iterations, I was often modifying my account options to get things working... I think eSignal requires some boxes ticked that continuum didn't care about. Sadly, I don't recall what all I did over the last few years.

I just seem to remember ticking some boxes over the last couple years and wasn't sure if they were all covered in the general instructions for v5 folks.

You are probably right Bill... I was just thinking that certain account options may stop folks if they haven't used v6 to now.
I just had a look at my subscription and found a service I added in August 2008 such as "Streaming Quote Conflation." I have no idea what this is or why I added it when I did... Also, something called "QCharts Basic Features Bundle" was added a few days after the eSignal account implementation in 2006.
Thanks,
Tom

I'll add my name to the list of users who have experienced this problem. I have gotten in by repeatedly logging off and then back in. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 tries to get fully connected. I always get an initial connection, but then hang at the verification of ID step. After 2-3 minutes of waiting I will quit the program and then try again.
It hasn't happened the past few days (lucky me), but when it does I cannot determine a pattern. Sometimes it happens in the morning, other times during the afternoon, and even in the evening on occasion.

Had the same problem.
Re-downloaded the program from the download page and
everything works well.
One other thing:
All the chart information for INTC is missing for the 13th's
afterhours in all chart times below and including 45 minutes.
All times above 45 minutes displays the information.
'Tail.

can't login
Same issue, I managed to get on this morning after a few tries, but now forget it. Tried every trick. For $170 a month, this should have been an all hands emergency fix. Why are we still down, and did everyone leave work at Qcharts??? Many of us trade the after-hours.
