We found a file server that did not have the updated file on it and have corrected the problem. We are investigating why our automated notification procedures did not alert our operations group when this occurred. In essence, the delivery of an outdated splits file should no longer be happening and we are taking additional precautions to ensure this doesn't reoccur.
