What value do you have for CFOREX (or FOREX) in Offset from GMT when not under daylight savings which is in the Edit Daylight Savings window that you access through Edit Exchange?

I hate to be a compleate putz but I can't find an Edit Exchange function. Am I looking for it in TS or GS?

Assuming that all your settings are now as defined in this and other threads related to Forex then they mirror my setup for GlobalServer/TS2k which is working without any problems.
At this point the only things that I can suggest are to first delete all the symbols in the Portfolio and recreate them from scratch. If that does not work I would proceed to reinstall TradeStation (preferably as a clean install) and if the problem still persists I would contact TradeStation.
