sorry to be such a bother but i cant seem to get the time template working.
Basically im in the uk so 9:30 in new york is 2:30 in uk - i would prefer not to have any pre market data so i use a time template from 14:30 till 21:00 when i clicked on your template seemed very confusing since im not used to the time zone and also i think i didnt have all the datait was the 930-415pm template so if its not too much trouble could you just advise me how to make a 14:30 -21:00 template which contains all the information.

ps i did read the files on the file sharing but didnt get anyware with them

You have two choices, one easy the other complicated.

Adjust your pc to NYC time and use the default settings.

Other wise you need to adjust the time templates povided to start and end at the appropriate times for your time zone. You will also need to adjust the efs values of sTime and eTime to the same time settings. Adjust both efs files, the one on the price pane and the one on the cci pane.

If this doesnt help, I am sorry, I don't know what else to say.

But it does work if you get these times in synch.

This is what i did i went to my templates made one from 14:30 till 21:00 applied that to the chart- see the times at the bottom.

then i clicked on the cci panel brought up edit studes made stime 14:30 ane etime 21:00

when i applied the your template of ym et al template got differnet cht but with the pivots see what price is showing onthe ym its 100 ticks higher than on the ct i just sent you??

stime=930 etime =1615 this is the time i believe is on the template

I thought I mentined this before, but you do not have enough data on YOUR time template to get pivot data, use mine

David i did use your one straight from the download that is the latest chart - however for some reason i m not getting the correct price ,if you compare the charts it's from th ym on friday your template chart has a price of 10199 wheras the template i used eventhough it doesn't give the correct pivot data setting it does however give the correct closing price of the market which i believe was around 10099 what am i doing wrong ???
