Just keep in mind, that TM ALWAYS uses those offsets set up in it's corresponding fields. Order default values is used ONLY to fill those fields for the first time you open a TM window or change symbol in it; if your TM is loaded with page, the values which were saved is used, not the default ones.

in my case both fields are always initialized with 10 when I open a new TM window regardless which values are set in order defaults.

When TM is saved with the page the values will be saved too, that's correct.

In my opinion a default should be valid for all these possibilities to make a trade(chart, TM & AOT)
