Fee waiver check utility not working

    Sorry to bring this up again, but please could you check if the utility is working? I connected twice to IB today and saw the green bolt, but the utility is showing me as non-compliant. I have restarted eSignal also.

        Hi,

        I did check our Broker Usage database and it does show that you connected to IB today. Here is a Knowledgebase article that explains how to make sure that you are connecting: http://kb.esignal.com/article.aspx?article=4452&p=1
