  • Anyone else down?

    I am getting a message that I cannot connect to the remote server.

    Any suggestions?

        The same here. Eurex charts are ok, but the Quotes Window shows no data. The same for Xetra, but there are no intraday charts too

              Will they refund me the hour of my life they have just stolen?

              Because I am in the central part of the country I also charge an additional CENTRAL TIME ZONE FEE as well so they owe me 1 1/2 hours.

                    That System Status page is a total joke. How can the System Status possibly be "green" when it accurately identifies there is "No Data" lol!

                      Hi,

                      The problem was isolated, and everything should be working very shortly.

                      The System status is updated according to the connectivity status, maybe you need to refresh it.

                            I have closed down eSignal and the Data Manager several times and there is NO GRAPH DATA for the UK market. Trying to get the data from a Ctrl+Refresh on the price cursor window does NOT bring up any data.

                            Even your Status Page says there is "No Data" (after refreshing it0) so how can the system status possibly be "green"?

                            2 hours and counting without data.........

                              Hi,

                              All the data managers are up and running (that is why you are receiving data in the quote window), however just some of the tick servers (for intraday chart) are still down and we are putting them back online very shortly.

                              Rob, when you go to the system status site, you will see No Data in yellow background, you can click on that and you will see to updates.
