I have closed down eSignal and the Data Manager several times and there is NO GRAPH DATA for the UK market. Trying to get the data from a Ctrl+Refresh on the price cursor window does NOT bring up any data.
Even your Status Page says there is "No Data" (after refreshing it0) so how can the system status possibly be "green"?
All the data managers are up and running (that is why you are receiving data in the quote window), however just some of the tick servers (for intraday chart) are still down and we are putting them back online very shortly.
Rob, when you go to the system status site, you will see No Data in yellow background, you can click on that and you will see to updates.
