Hi Jay and the Esig team.. I posted this before was hoping someone can help. The gaps b/w session to session make the charts impossible to use. Can you close the gap b/w daily sessions. Thanks.

Looks like PG is correct on the handful of servers I have checked. If you are still seeing the error, please let me know the specifics including the server.

Missing quote data on Qcharts 6.0 - I see this a lot on Q6.0 - I review my stocks at end of day - missing Net, Open, High, Low and Volume no matter what server I try - still have the data at end of day on Q5 - basic subscription for end of day analysis - see attachements AFL, URBN and UTX - I see this a lot of days for AFL on Q6

It appears that those symbols have started to go into a "cleardown" state prior to midnight, EST. We do have a handful of reports of this occurring, and it is on our bug list. If this continues to be a problem, you can turn off the cleardown feature via View --> Preferences --> Cleardown tab. Just select the "Never clear fields" option to disable it.

DNA for $1000!

Hi Jay,

I've tried several servers and I get a high of $999.99 for DNA on the Weekly and Daily chart - not intraday charts. Could you take a look at it please?

The Daily Bar for DNA is OK now.
But there are ticks that need removal.
See annotated screenshot.

No action as yet on database repair. No response from web form submission, no tracking number response.

DNA should be all set now for intraday, All Sessions. If you are still seeing a problem, please post the server that the error is still on.

Looks like the fix didn't process.
Checked (via separate starts of QCharts)...
SClara 1 and 5
Miami 3 and 7

Maybe the "exchange" being hinkey had something to do with the repair effort not working? T&S is carrying CBOE for NYSE-DNA. See screenshot.

Previously thought to occur only in 6.0 - now seen in 5.1, the Daily Candle is jumping up/down.

Also note that as time progresses, the volume is declining.
