  • Have you tried exiting out of QCharts and then logging back in?
I get full charts on each of your tickers.

    • Thanks, Bill. I probably edited my message after you replied. I'm all set now!

      • Regarding the data issue affecting daily charts for AMEX Indices (some examples: $XBD, $CRX, $CYC, $XCI, $DRG, $BTK, and $XNG).

Engineers with our data provider were able to fix a problem that was creating the incorrect daily bars.

Our QA department is currently working to correct the incorrect/duplicate bars that were built for the AMEX Index symbols.

          • QA is aware that another duplicate bar was created for the AMEX Index Symbols for yesterday on the Daily Charts and have informed engineering to have this corrected.

JPM's Daily candle today is incorrect. Please see pic for correct view.

              Please correct.

              Thanks,

Edit: I grabbed the pic w/o servers - see updated pic with Servers.

                  • The bad spikes for scz.iv and iwm have been reported to data integrity for the continuum feed.

                      • SCZ.IV spike still there in QC 6

                        Hi,

SCZ.IV spike fixed for QC5, but $SCZ.IV spike is still there in the QC6 data. Using QC6 build 1613.

                        • Bad Numbers in Quote Sheet

Everyday about 10:30am an interesting thing occurs - the values in the "NET" and "Last" columns of the quote sheet for $INDU and $COMPQ are increased by a multiple of 10. So if the Dow is up 7 pts it appears in the NET cell as 70.

I can close/open the charts and it goes back to normal.

What version of QCharts are you running?
6.0.3.1550 or one of the other ones?

                              • I would be curious if you installed 6.0.3.1613 if you got the same results.
