The correct low for ETR on 10/25/2005 is 69.46. See screenshot.

Is this an OK place to report spikes of this nature?

ETR has been fixed. This thread is ok for reporting bad ticks that are of less urgent nature.

INDEX:COMPX has spike on W, D charts

INDEX:COMPX is showing a spike to 5482.62 on the W and D charts. I see it on cc-18a.mia, cc-17a.mia, cc-14a.mia

I see a fainter yellow spike on the 233 and 55 minute charts

Hi Eric,

fyi, that fainter yellow line isn't a spike, but rather automatic filtering. Notice the High in a Cursor Data window for that intraday bar. The 5482 has been filtered out, with the yellow indicating the range that has been filtered/removed. Also notice that the intraday chart isn't pushed off-scale.

Regarding the Daily chart, QCharts doesn't have the ability to fix those dynamically for *today's* bar during today. That spike should be fixed as part of the normal Comstock refresh this evening around midnite (+/- varying exact times).

If it doesn't get fixed this evening as part of refresh, as sometimes but not all that often happens, then it can be repaired tomorrow, dynamically intraday. When Daily's don't get refreshed OK, someone usually has to bring it to Quote.com's attention to get it fixed.

Sorry, I still think we are reporting only on the beta. Yes, it's QC6.0 version 5.4.0.48 and no other time frames other than daily or greater are affected.

Well, after changing the time on one of the MSFT charts to 360 minutes just to check against daily and then returning the time to one minute, the chart will no longer fill.

IWM data not showing up

For some reason can't get quotes or charts for IWM this afternoon. Other ETFs seem OK but IWM is not working. FYI

Try AMEX:IWM.
The servers symbol lists have it as NYSE:IWM, along with quite a few others with invalid Exchange. This was reported quite a while back, but servers not updated as yet.

2/13/2007 COMPX still doesn't seem righ

The Daily chart for COMPX still doesn't seem right. I see a red candle on 2/13/07 with an open 2485 and close of 2458. If I look on intra-day charts, I see an open of 2456. I think I should see a small white candle instead of a larger white candle.

Yep, the Open is incorrect.

Not BigCharts though. They have 2485.37.
