    • Jay,
The BTK.X shows what appears as a rogue low trade on May 21, 2077, and it really messes up the charts in Production 5.1.

      Please correct.
      Thanks,
      Carol

      • Extra dojis for free

        Hi Jay,

I'm using 5.1 and today (Sunday), on the DJUSHB, DJUSHD, DSUSHN, and DJUSHC are showing a doji on the Weekly and Daily charts for today. Actually the date for the weekly candle is 6/10 and the date for the Daily candle is 6/11.

If you could take a look at this, I'd appreciate it.

        Thanks,

        Jim

        • More on the ADX (again...)

In case it helps to diagnose the problem, the stocks that I had that had a screwed up Daily ADX (CHK, EMC, STLD, ESRX, etc.) are broken again. :-(

Oh well, it was good while it lasted!

Looks like these have either self-corrected or have manually been corrected. Jim, can you confirm you're seeing the correction as well? If not, which server are you seeing the problem on?

            • Jay,
CME on Friday, 6/8/07, closed at 549.63 (3 outside sources) but the 5.1 candle on the Daily charts shows a close of 570.00.

Please correct the Daily & Weekly charts (the Monthly does not reflect this).

              Thanks,
              Carol

It all looks good now. I suspect that they straightened themselves out when the market opened this morning.

                Thanks,

I still see 570 on Weekly and Daily on cc-18a.mia. I've rebooted my PC and restart Qcharts (5.1.0.21)

                  • Error on CME Daily chart

                    Hi Jay,

The Daily and Weekly charts for the CME shows a big white candle for 6/8 that maxes out at about $570, but the datawindows for both list the high for that day as $550.25 and the candles on the intraday charts also top out at $550.25.

Can somebody take a look at this? I'm on 5.1 and Miami 05.

                    Thanks,

                    Jim

                    • CME was straightened out this morning. All servers should have correct data now for 6/8.

                      • EPIQ, NGA, & VSEC

                        Hi Jay,

EPIQ and NGA split recently, but their charts are screwed up. I found that their entries in the CorpActs file were duped. EPIQ was listed under 20070607 and 20070608. Not only does the chart get screwed up, but the label for the split event is doubled. The same thing happened with NGA. It is listed under 2007068 and 20070611.

Also, I don't know who is right (based on the appearance of the charts, I think you are), but briefing.com has VSEC split on 6/11/07, but you have them splitting on 6/28/07. Could you verify this.

                        Thanks,

                        Jim

                        • STAR IPO has invalid history

From the QCharts Yahoo Groups list
STAR a recent ipo has data going back to 1991 when another company as obviously using the same symbol. Can this old data be deleted? Thanks.
The following statements need to be added by Support to the system supplied merge file "CompSyms2.INF". In the meantime, one could add them to their local merge file in their QCharts folders..."CompSyms.ZNF"...for an immediate fix.

                          STAR ; NASDAQ:STAR ; Starent Networks, Corp ; NASDAQ:STAR ; DT(#NASDAQ:STAR|6/6/2007|-)
                          _STAR ; NASDAQ:_STAR ; Lone Star Steakhouse - Delisted ; NASDAQ:STAR ; DT(#NASDAQ:STAR|-|12/14/2006)

What these statements do is chart STAR charting from 6/6/2007 and forward, ignoring any STAR history before 6/6/2007.
One would use _STAR for the symbol that would chart the old STAR data for Lone Star Steakhouse and stop at 12/13/2006.

                          Hello Support,
Could ya please add the above to the CompSyms2.INF file.

                              • Hi tradertom,

To fix RG/RCI, add the following line to the end of CompSyms.znf in your Quote.com directory:

                                RCI ; NYSE:RCI ; Rogers Commun CL ; NYSE:RCI ; NYSE:RG NYSE:RCI
