In reviewing and setting up support and resistance lines on my intraday charts I noticed last evening that there appears to be no data for Oct 30th. 233 charts missing both candles, smaller charts exhibit larger gaps. Daily charts seem fine.
Am I forgetting something that occured on Oct 30th and this was a known issue or have these gaps occured since then and are just now showing up?
I show the same spike if I connect to the beta-testing extended interval history servers that you connect to. I've emailed Jay the problem.
I get that bar when choosing the second option in the multi-minute bars preferences, and I have the gap for 10/30 and 10/31 on those servers as well with symbol ESI.
This doesn't seem to be a problem on the production servers for interval data, as I do not see the gap or the spike on the non beta-testing servers I checked.

Todd,
Yes, to confirm, I am connected to the "more accurate" lower radio button of the MultiMinuteBars Preference setting.
The spike shows up on the higher intraday charts, 390, 240, etc.
