Hi, oathofsamurai. Please tell me, which locale you are using as the default locale of your Windows OS? For example, French, Itallian, etc.

Also, do you use WinSig + IB with the same Windows profile as one you used to install and configure the IB plugin?

        Hi oathofsamurai,

This has been resolved in a new eSignal release, that is currently in beta testing. eSignal release candidate is expected in April.

if you still have the problem of IB not showing up in eSignal

if after installing the Interactive Brokers Plugin, it still doesnt show up in eSignal, try downloading the latest version of the plugin: http://pmd.esignal.com/builds/broker...ridge.1200.exe
I had the same problem, but the new version solved it.

          Best regards,

          Chris

I am using eSig10.1 and just installed the IB plug-in. I am trying to trade futures and it appears I need to define the futures default. I need to use both Globex and ECBOT. How do I get arount that?

                  Hi remfin,

Great question that illustrates one of the latest enhancements implemented in integrated trading service.
Now, in addition to pre-setting a default destination for "futures", you can do the same for indiviual symbols (like ES -> GLOBEX, and YM -> ECBOT).

First, go to Symbol Dictionary, and associate eSignal's symbols with IB's (which includes its destiation), eg, ES N8 and YM N8.

Second, go to Order Defaults, highlight Future, select the symbol from the drop down, and select the order defaults for that symbol.
For example, in addition to Route (GLOBEX for ES & ECBOT for YM), pre-set quantity, order type, time-in-force, etc..
Lock it in place by clicking "Add", and you're all set!

The me know if you have any other questions, or email [email protected],
