    • Time Series Forecast

A new script has been uploaded to the Specialty Scripts File Share Group. The script implements the original eSignal Time Series Forecast algorithm but uses a user-configurable Moving Average as the input.

      • Hi Hooper:

I modified the 2X-BLine script (Lower Pane) per your request so that all 3 stochastic indicators are using "HL/2" as the price source. You can find the revised script in the Specialty Scripts group in File Share.

Thanks for sharing this Chris, I had just added this to my todo list a few days ago, and now I can cross it off!

          • Slight Hiccup!

Hi Chris, many thanks for doing this. Unfortunately for some reason the new H-L/2 version outputs exactly the same data points as the Close version. I guess its not picking up the __StochasticAlt.efs version but I don't know what Ive done wrong. I've saved all these downloads including the newH-L/2 version under the one personal file folder under Formulas in esignal so i guess it should pick it up. I see the __StochasticAlt.efs uses 14/7/4 for some reason but I guess thats irrelevant because its just using the H-L/2 function and the indicator remains hidden in the background?
I've tried reloading the data/formulae and refreshing but it still looks the same.

            Your help would be appreciated.
            Thanks

            • Success!

Hi Chris, I've got to the bottom of the problem. If I load the old and new Bottom Pane versions onto the same chart, they both come out as a H-L/2 version! As to why I have no idea as I cant see any code in the old version that references the __StochasticAlt.efs but they are all in the same file folder. However when I saved the old version of the Bottom Pane indicator (close version, called 2xBline Bottom Pane) under a different file folder and reopened it in another chart it plotted the old version of indicator with the Close used.
Not sure why but there you go.
Many thanks for a splendid job!

              • Is there anyway to add alerts for the MMaltbuttons.efs? For example geting an alert when the price hits the 1/8 line on the 16 frame.

                Thanks,

                Realm

                        • CKRYZA? Since you did such an excellent job on the MMaltbuttons.efs! I was just wondering if it was possible to build an efs just for the SPEED ANGLES, with the ability to apply them to ones lows and highs of choice? Advanced Get just does'nt get the the whole gann thing. (they are just using the bare minnimum of Gann)

                            • Question about mmaltbuttons.efs? I have been able to modifiy alot of stuff to fit my needs, but I was wanting to set-up the button displays horizontally instead of vertically. If I can do this easily then great if not don't worry about it

                              Thanks,
