slow tick data

eurex bunds open at 1:00am central time and the data seesm to be delayed on the opening - is this correct? in my tt trading platform i get the data as soon as it opens.

i am using ts2000i with esignal and maybe it's a global server thing , but once it starts running it is up to date.

You should see the data updating once the market opens, just as your seeing on your broker's platform. Please run eSignal directly and compare your results.
