    Graeme,

    A friend of mine just contacted eSignal helpdesk.

    They said that on Friday a server was changed, and that they are aware of the problem, and that we have to wait.

    Please check!!!

      Premises: Do not exclude the chance that IB could be WRONG
      -I do not know if stopped , I just left the workstation at that time
      -I'm sorry I'm out of the office so I cannot check
      -No Ensign involvement at all.
      Just happened that watching and comparing IB data and ESIGNAL T&S on Bund I'v spotted that difference. Again not in Price but in sizes.

      But before saiyng it is 100% true I should need a triple check during different times of the day on more days.

        IB is not a reliable source of data for T&S in my experience. It is a trading system, not a datafeed. For min charts etc it can be used quite reliable as datafeed. For tickdata I have bad experience.

          Hi EdKoF,

          This problem has only been an issue since Friday? Its strange, as I checked with our engineering department and none of the servers have been changed?!
          I'll ask again to see if a bit needs to be added.

            No one in the London office said there was a server upgrade on friday. But admitted there seems to be an issue since Friday and that we are investigating. *Wires must have been crossed* :-)

              If you notice the data being incorrect again (Between eSignal and IB), please let me know. I can ring you to cross check between what is on my screen and yours.

                Eurex Tic data updating in esig but only AFTER the mkt is open. Can force update manually in ensign but does not update in real time. I got ensign because of esig problems. Now i'm between a rock and a hard place. You guys have got to sort this out quickly. There are no more work arounds

                  Hi Momentum,

                  So the no "tick" issue happens on both eSignal and Ensign?
                  I know we are working on this and hopefully, soon, this issue will be resolved.

                    I can only relay what was told to my friend. Sure thing is that there is an issue since Friday, and that before the issue started (in the middle of the trading day, with all systems open and running), I didn't make any changes here. Charts just stopped.

                    This makes it unlikely an 'Ensign alone' issue.
