            We seemed back to square one this afternoon on lag in Eurex.

            Have you stopped trying to track this down or do you have a handle on it and are awaiting a fix? When?

            • We continue to work on resolving this with the highest priority possible. There are some processes that occur on the hour and half hour between 9:30 and 11:30 (ET) that are interferring with the current European data stream. Our staff is working on moving our data to seperate systems to prevent these interruptions.

              Our current estimate is that this will be resolved within the next few days. Until then the symptoms will likely remain.

              • Please be aware that steps were taken to lessen the impact that the aforementioned processes were having on our European Futures data. While the issue has not been completely resolved, there should be a dramatic improvement.

                The work on solving the underlying issue is ongoing, and we continue to do everything we can to ensure that this data rises to the same high level of quality that our other offerings provide.

                      • One minute ago things went wrong again on the Breakout of the CAC-40.

                        P.S. It turned from small delay in to huge delay.
                        P.S. 2 as from this afternoon I am examining DTN.IQ as replacement. My patience is running out.

                              • I must conclude that either you are not able to isolate the exact cause of the problems or that you are not able to come up with a final solution for these issues.

                                Today's problems have again prevented me from trading during moments that matter most during a day: high volume, high volatility.

                                As mentioned in my earlier post, I have lost my confidence that eSignal will be able to solve these problems in the short run, in such a way that you can really rely on the quality of service.

                                Therefore, I will take a trial subscription with your computetitor: DTN.IQ. If it doesn't fail me, I will switch permanently.

                                I post this message even though it doesn't have direct value to other customers, because I find it important for eSignal to know that even someone who considers himselfs a very very loyal customer, is giving up hope at this moment in time.
