Today's outage was not related to the overall network conversion that began back on 1/2/03. We had an unrelated problem and it took our engineers longer than expected to uncover the error and resolve. Our procedures have already been updated. Our apologies for the problems this a.m.
Overall, our testing indicates that the changes made in Mid-Feburary have made a big difference in the consistency of performance of our European feed. We are well aware that in this business, every second counts. We will continue to monitor the feed very closely and continue to build stronger redundancy around our operations.
