Things seemed to return back to normal a couple of minutes ago, so it was the volume-spike after the 10.00 am release of economic data which did it probably.
Our Operations staff confirmed the issue was similar to yesterdays, and Graeme confirmed that the quotes are coming in on a timely basis again.

Hmmm which issue was that? I can remember something last week on Monday 2nd of March, which was very bad (beside the Euronext outage on Friday).
My apologies. I thought yesterdays issue was already mentioned. Essentially there was brief (lasting ~40-50 seconds) data queuing that occurred on a few European exchanges yesterday and today at ~10:00-11:00 Eastern Time. Our London team continues to work on the issue.

As mentioned before our teams in London and the US have been investigating the cause of the delays we experienced earlier today. They discovered a problem, and are exhausting every avenue possible to ensure this problem gets corrected ASAP.
The unfortunate thing is that most likely our customers will again experience these brief delays tomorrow morning starting at 7:00PT. The actual propagation could be as much as 2-minutes...and could occur for 2-3 minutes in duration around the half-hour time frames. We will keep you informed of any updates we receive.

This is mid March now and this ridiculous situation has been going on since January. Each time there is a new excuse. Don't you guys every get tired of coming up with excuses? Are you the slightest bit ashamed of yourself?
Will you still be commenting on the longer history and continous contracts?
Thx in advance,
Cheers,
Edo.
We are progressing nicely on expanding our intraday history. We have most US data types stored since Jan 02 and others since roughly 11/02 ( we had a problem with a corrupted database and had to start collecting certain data types over again ). We are currently targeting late April, although May is probably a more realistic official release date. As we get closer, we'll document exactly how much history we have on each data type.
Regarding continuous contracts, due to the problems we've encountered with the Euro Futures transition, work on those has not begun yet. With the purchase of Comstock, we need to further research how we can best handle European data and broaden our content, like continuous Euro Futs.
