Dear Fellow Victims of Dead Signal,

I have had it with Graeme and the rest of Dead Signal's bull**** excuses. Yeah right, we are having our best engineers work on this and I "assure" you it will be fixed before the end of the world.

I have done some research and have had a few recommendations from trader friends or alternatives out there.

Both seem to be reasonable and a friend of mine is using tenfore and said their Eurex feed is very reliable.

Anything can be better than Dead Signal and its bull**** excuse

Does the feed get better in between the hour? I ask this as the delays occur every half hour, in between these times the data is correct. Is this the case for you or do you experience delays all the time?

Graeme, sorry to say, but the feed is just unsure and unreliable.Every time the market speeds up, eSignal needs a lot of time, to print the delayed data, and maybe then starts the next half hourly lag. Every thing is screwed up since US opening.

Personally I trade the DAX and Stoxx futures.
AX H3-DT
ET H3-DT

presumably it is the same which ever European futures contract is used.

The lag populates the graphs in lagged time, and never gets corrected, so the when is everyday for the last however long on the half hour and at any announcement or US open.

For a specific example see any contract for the 27th from 8am to 9:18.

Hope you guys at E-signal will manage something soon, as I really can't trade at all with any certainty with historic data so messed up.

On another note I see you think that the data is correct except for on the half hour. Today I stopped watching at around 16:00. And the data had never caught up at all from 14:30.

If Esignal NOW need to compare their charts with customers' to confirm accuracy/timing, then this is really a sad state of affairs.

.....what happened to those highly acclaimed "Engineers".

No quotes at Eurex Bund open

I have NO quotes on the Eurex Bund at the opening for Thursday.

My PATSystem price feed is good to go and I am getting the quotes for FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE from my Chicago based futures broker.

What is going on now!? Please advise.

Question for eSignal: Do you have engineers in front of monitors watching your system at the European futures opening?

Please answer the question. I want to know if subscribers are hanging out to dry when you all are a sleep.

It is now 24 minutes after the Eurex Bund open and no update to the system status webpage. Come on now. Who is responsible for updating that page? Get them to do their job on a timely basis.

We are minutes from the opening of the Deutsche Boerse: Spot Market Germany
(Frankfurt/Xetra) (Includes Berlin, Bremen, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover and Munich, plus Neuer Market) Stocks,
There might be a problem on that one as well as the whole German feed is affected.

The system status will be updated on the minute.
