    • No data yet

I don't have any German cash or Eurex futures today. I can see on my @X-ceed that ET H3-DT has opened already at 2213 and hiked to 2239 within three minutes.

      eSignal still dormant. What's up?

          • Thanks, I have bookmarked that now and will check in future.

            Please amend for ET H3-DT

January 27th: intraday history missing for first 90 minutes of trading

December 27th: wrong big figure for low and close

December 25th: no trading/mark as holiday

            Cheers Tom

              • 10:08 am: CAC-40 future MT F3-Ma is lagging. Not big, but still. Volume isn't too high though.

                Edo.

                • Hi EdKoF,

I can see a delay around 09:59 - 10:11 CET, this has now finished and the data you are seeing should be real time.

                  Thanks,
                  Graeme Ballard,

                  • To all:

One of the prerequisites for succeful trading is functional and trustworthy information about the market. Everyone has to be able to judge if this is the case. If not: DO NOT TRADE. I know it is easier to say than do but still, it is a sure money-saver. Do not trade if you don't trust the data or you WILL lose money. That comment is to all fellow traders. And there is a logical consequence of this reasoning for the eSignal team: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the feeds so that each trader can judge whether to trade or not. Do NOT post that all seems to be working fine if there are occasional lags. Post that there are lags, at what times they seem to occur, in what contracts etc...If you also are able to explain what you think are the fundamental reasons behind the problems, please do, but that's an extra...

                    Sincerely, Major

                    • I will be reposting my query of yesterday which is a post of the day before that for which I still have no reply..

BUT also be aware about your studies.

The data that has lagged will impact on the timing of your studies. If you have range triggered studies these will also be impacted as when the data does catch up it tends to do it in a clump so for instance having a low at 9:10 and then a high at 9:20 when it eventually does catch up you will have a low at 9:26 and a high at 9:28. A range alert would falsely fire.

Moving averages would also be impacted and consequently Bol bands and others.

                      Good luck.

                      • Without being able to determine if data is 'stable' and reliable, a trader should not TRADE. esignal should stop sending out data until they get their problems resolved. I pay for real time data not beta test data. I repeat, why NOT go back to thrid party data until you can say that 'your new' data structure is working correctly and is reliable.

It is pure bull**** to say how 'in the future' your data is going to be great while now it is totally unreliable

                        • As we said before,
the delays are lasting for a minute appox. and its impossible to update the system status acc.
We have a link in the system status under European Futures will will lead you to a Service Bulletin with details on this issue,
We are not saying that everthing is Normal as in the system status we have European Futures (Yellow).

                          Thank you.

I agree. Given his obscene and vulgar postings I would ban him if it were my board.
pwhchu if you're going to leave, please do so soon and don't subject the rest of us users to your abusive messages.

FWIW if you don't care to see messages from a given person you can always go to that person's Profile and at the bottom of the Profile page click on the link to "Ignore messages..."
That will in effect hide all the messages from that person.

Having said that I agree with you that pwhchu's posts were unacceptable.

                            • Again lag on MT F3-MA following US Government spending figures.

Not a large lag, but still.
