I think by the end of the day that the dow maybe not the naz will be some shade of red again. There is unfinished business to the downside.

That selloff yesterday was something.

I think it was so strong because everyone was expecting a LONG and it was a 'sell now, ask questions later' reaction.

All the moving averages are whacked out right now, but they are starting to point up...

1/3/5 going north and 15/60 looking good. Nice double bottom on NQ 60/D w/ divergence.

I don't know why I'm such an optimist...

WATCH THE ES M4 FOR CLUES

Last week was a wild one for sure. After that brief selloff on Tues on lite volume we had what i call a bearish signal reversal on P&F using the ES M4...

this is a bullish chart pattern that means higher prices ahead...when an index or stock breaks a do9uble bottom and then immediately turns around to break a double top that means it was a "bear trap"..

and thats exactly what happened last Weds and Thurs as we rallied up off that failed breakdown at 1116.

we printed 1140, i think a test of top is due here at 1148...

lot's of econimic news coming out this week so be careful for whippsaws...

Looked at the "bear trap" at dorsey and they said it had to be a triple bottom break and reversal to be a bear trap instead of a double bottom. So no bear trap??
