Anyone else having problems: eSignal SLOW speed loading data?

    Right now i have serious issues again. SLOW DATA!!! and SWITCHING STOCKS loading is very very slow!!! Check my server out right now, maybe it will help you guys from the developteam. I can't trade with a lagging system!!!


    ps. ScottJ, we spoke couple of weeks ago but i dont have your direct number. Could you give that to me so i can keep you informed of my data delays?

      I've checked the server this morning against the more popular instruments and we're not seeing any delays can you be more specific (Symbols) as to what you're seeing the delays on?

        Bad Data Again!

        Here we go again! ES #F was lagging true prices around 10:30 EST. My Chart closed that 5 min candle at 1337.25. Actual price should have been 1336.00. Delays were over 30 seconds. Also T&S data is wrong. This wrong data is not temporary, it stays wrong.
        My first post was 2/28 about bad data @ 11:05 EST. That data is still bad. So, it is not just slow, it is wrong.
        This is a real problem and doesn't seem to be getting any better.

          ER is lagging

          ESig Folks,

          My data problems have been with the ER, not the ES which I don't follow. The problem has to be in your servers! How amny complaints till someone acknowledges what is a serious problem?

            In almost every stock, it is not a stock in specific. T&S is delayed about 5 seconds comparing to IB again. BID ASK prices are wrong caused by the delay. Even in a slow market prices are delayed

            check my previous posts it says it all.

                Again problems with T&S and chart build up

                Again I have experienced problems with esignal today. As traders we need to count on the quality of our software. The problems with esignal are getting on my nerves and maybe it is time to change to a reliable charting program.

                Please update esignal as soon as possible so that we can focus on trading again.

                  Very problematic morning as far a delays for myself and several traders I'm working with. I didn't seem to matter what symbols there were delays across the board.

                  As I mentioned in an earlier post the Data Manager (F2 key) doesn't miss a print. eSignal however was "white screen" hung and I had ro restart it. THe issue seems to be in eSignal not the Data Manager application.

                  Today I was running only 4 charts, DVN, RIMM, OIH, and SPY.

                    ES data is screwed up again right now. I tried the Data Manager/Symbol Monitor, typed in ES #F and hit ToReceiver. That data was incorrect as well.

                        My DM is screwed, eSignal have not answered questions posed re meanings of times etc in the DM, but let's assume the times shown (and highlighted) next to the prices should match the clock (shown added over top of dialog) and the "RtTime" field). Clock was checked.

                          We are getting reports of delays and have every Engineer troubleshooting and testing any and all possibilities on what might be the cause of the problem.


                          Regarding the times in the Data Manager.

                          Time of Last Trade should be match in three locations. Your computer Clock, Last, and the first RtTime.
                          Indicate the time of the last Quote (Bid/Ask) this should match in second RtTime as well as either Bid, Ask or both

                          UpTime
                          Represent other types of updates (used more for options).

                            SLOW/Wrong data!!!!!

                            reading the posts I see this is a huge problem.. wecan't trade and one of our traders is going to Trade Station---Any suggestions???? esignal admitted a problem last week but has not responded to numerous calls and emails since including today. I really don't get this!!! we trade emini S&P and slow or fast market the data cannot be relied on!! HUGE,HUGE problem

                              Bad ES Data again. DM times matched up with each other and cpu clock. But prices were off IB's prices by 2 dollars and about 30 seconds.
                              Note: This bad data does not ever correct itself. It remains permanent in my T&S and on my chart, even when reloaded days later.

                                Now i see delays in CROX. DM spot on in esignal T&S, but lagging with IB... So it loos like it is the Esignal server...
