      Hi Momentum,

      Our operators are working on this issue but due to the sensitivity of the programming, they are being very careful.
      I do not have an estimate as to when this will be fixed but hopefully shortly.

              Problem Not Resolved

              Hey guys:

              This thread is over three pages and has remained unresolved for a LONG time.

              Tic data charts has become one of the most widely used. There are frequent comments in chat rooms about this problem.

              If this problem only manifests itself in Europe, is there not a way of us being able to access a better server farm.

              If the problem is world wide, I cannot understand why it's taking so long to resolve.

                Update: This has been narrowed down to a software issue in eSignal. Currently the Standard Charts are showing the Eurex tick data, while the Advanced Charts are not. We continue to research this problem, and as soon as we have further information, we will update this thread.

                  This is pretty urgent. Tic charts are becoming an integral part of many peoples strategies.

                  I am holding off re-subscribing to the AGET tools and I know from others in chat rooms that they are holding off subscribing to esignal until this is resolved, so its costing us all money.

                  The advanced charts are in great shape but the data issues take too long to be resolved. Just look at this thread.

                    Momentum,

                    I have some good news to report. We've isolated the problem on our tick servers and have figured out why we were seeing differences between standard and advanced charting. We are testing the fix in-house and hope to have something ready to roll into production by the end of the week or early next week. Once I get a firm date, I'll post again.

                        As from 12.17 CET, tickdata for GB U3-DT is no longer coming into Ensign. Therefore it is no longer updating automatically. Has anything been changed to servers or configuration around that time? (6.17 am ET)

                        eSignal itself is updating, which is rather strange.

                        P.S. Manual refresh does work, but T&S doesn't show after 12.17.

                            Issue is solved after a few tries of rebooting by closing the Datamanager and let Ensign start it again.

                            No clue why, but it works....

                                Done that. Had great help from Howard and Mike. They were talking about nodes and stuff, which brought me to the idea of closing down the Datafeed Manager once again. For some reason that worked.
