Eurex data holds breath for some time, and when you think, it`s finally dead, it comes lagging back to life.
Had such effects with my cable-modem, had`nt experienced such, since I use DSL. Maybe you should think about using DSL too?

We had a small delay of up to 8 seconds a couple of minutes ago, but this has passed and the data is now real time.

You are correct, I do have a cable Modem,
but I dont have such problems of the sort on CQG, its only Esignal.

Hi Graeme,

I'm not sure if you have been monitoring the Dax all night but it has been "holding it's breath" quite a few times tonight. It has also been lagging by up to 50 to 100 contracts behind my online ordering system.

I know because tonight i have had a couple of trades where it was ok for a little bit so I would trade and then the Dax on eSignal fell behind the broker system and I felt like I was using the force to trade :-)

I know eSignal is looking into it. All I can ask is to please fix it soon. It makes trading interesting to troubling as everyone is no doubt aware.

Hi Muzzy,

I have noticed that there have been intermittent delays but nothing occurring more than 4 times and when it did occur, the delays were under 7 seconds (They only lasted for one minute). I appreciate your patience with these issues.
