Please let us know IN TOTAL HONESTY whether this data lag problem can be fixed once and for all.

Are your CEO aware that it is now 3 MONTHS and this problem has still not been fixed? Is anyone keeping him brief.

Answers like our engineers are continuing to work on the problem ARE VERY OLD AND TIRED BY MONTH 3 NOW.

Come on just be totally honest with us. YOU OWE US THAT. No more nonsense and excuse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have never provided anything less than 100% honesty in our responses about the European transition. We've acknowledged on numerous occasions that these changes have not gone nearly as smooth as we anticipated and that we could not provide a definitive date when we could be absolutely sure these lags were behind us.

We have implemented dozens of small changes in our network configuration and for the most part, have been able to stabilize the feed compared to the first few weeks of January. We still suffer sporadic lags and outages though and unfortunately, the source of those issues have varied. I am awaiting word on what exactly happened today and what our next series of changes will be. Once I have that information, I'll update this board and our Service Bulletin.

I also want to reiterate that our Senior Management is well aware of the problems related to this transition. We understand the negative impact these performance issues have had on our customers and, as a result, all our key resources are dedicated to trying to solve these problems once and for all.

Dax lagged data

Just to add my cents worth.
It is noticeable that as volume goes exponential - eg fed announcement or Iraq invasion on thursday - the dax will lag anything up to a minute or two.

Its like trading in the dark sometimes - or using a third party chart package my broker provides that never seems to drop off and Thats free!!
I shouldnt need it though should I?

Ok, here we go again.....

CAC-40 just went lagging big time, a couple of minutes ago.

Pitty, because this morning performance was very well in the midst of heavy price action.

At this moment, volume is lower then this morning. Therefore I get a feeling the problems are not volume related.

I might be wrong, but I think DAX is Lagging about 15 points!!!
