  • JASO Split

My apologies, I neglected the following

JASO 2/8 split not reflected in 233, 55 and 34 minute charts on QC 6 and not reflected in weekly, daily, 233, etc in QC 5.

    Thanks again

    Jim

Ok, please ignore the 2 posts below. It's not a QC problem, it's on my end.

I checked on my wife's workstation and no issues. I made 2 changes today and now all of my splits entries are hosed.

      Thanks

        Hey Jim,

If I recall you use QFAI. Notice the "UNF Updated date", just above the Additional Selections button. Is it back level...like year 2006?

If so, do a Toolbar Setup > Refresh UNF from Web and notice the new UNF date. Exit/Restart QCharts.

        • I am using Qcharts 6.0.1.2.

The problem I have is yesterday (25/02/08) INDEX:$SOX stopped charting / updating at around 11.30 EST and never came back. today it has started again but I now have a big gap in my chart.

Also if I goto ES H8 or ES #F change it to daily and click on BAR, yesterdays (25/02/08) high, low, close is WRONG.

Please can you correct this asap.

          Thanks in advance.

          • CBOT Data Problems (Again)

Would someone please fix the problem with the CBOT futures symbols W, S, and C? (There may be others, too.)

Why does this problem keep recurring?

            Thanks.

            • Several indices showing wrong trades

Several indices have been showing what look like wrong trades since 02/29

              RLX.X
              OIX.X
              BIX.X

DNA chart for 02/22 also looks wrong. Gaps show on intraday charts but daily charts shows a big candle

              • ECBT:ZB ticker has a speak to 1200 ish on Friday 29th around 1.45pm EST.

That is really messing up my charts on all timeframes.

Can someone please, please, please correct the data on the server.

                Thanks in advance.

                • gap in data on intra-day index charts

                  Hi Jay,

I'm using 6.0.1.11, but I think I've seen something similar on other 6.x versions:
This morning I'm seeing a gap in the data on all intra-day charts time frames on index charts ($INDU, $SPX, $DRG, etc.). I don't think I saw this last night. This is not the first time I've seen this.

                  Jim

                  • Jay,

My previous reports(1) on CEC:CRY and CEC:CIY (Continuum feed) have not resulted in a repair of the 2/4/2008 Daily Bar. And since then there has been additional bad Daily bars for these syms. See attachment.

Would appreciate it if you would get the bar fixer to take some action.

And could you perhaps get the fixer person to at least monitor CEC:CRY and CEC:CIY on a daily basis as part of his/her daily routine since these syms seem to be problematic.

And in general would it be possible to have the fixer person monitor and participate in this Data Integrity thread?

                    Thanks,

                    LAM

Please correct the low on 3/13/08 for PTR. I'm looking at cc-02.sc8. It is probably on the others. Thanks.

                      • Please correct the low and close on March 18, 2008 for SPC:GY A0. It is only a problem on Daily and Weekly charts (did not check bigger charts than Weekly).

                        Thanks,

                          • CBOT Grains

Would someone please fix the problem with the CBOT grains futures symbols W, S, and C?

How long must we live with such inept service, and when will we be offered credits for our CBOT market data fees for the past 6 weeks to compensate for the lack of service during that time? I'm sure that no other data provider is having this issue, so why is Quote.com?

                            Thanks.

                            • V today shows a $199,000 spike. Kind of skews the charts. Please correct.

                              • Some of the indexes are showing a trade on June 10th, 2008 or June 11th, 2008 on only Daily and Weekly charts, which is really screwing up those charts.

Using 6.0.1.11. I closed QC and DM and restarted a couple of minutes later and still no joy on these indexes.

                                Indexes affected are $OSX, $SOX, $XAU.

Please remove the June 10th (or June 11th) data, until of course, June 10th or 11th.

                                Thanks,
                                Tom
