Euro STOXX 50 Issue
Hello twedler1,
We investigated this report in detail today, and found the reason for the intraday bar not reflecting the 2270.0 Open and 2272.0 High.
In replaying the data from this morning on ET H3-DT, we found that the first value marked as a trade was 2269.0, which was set to the Open of the first intraday bar. Contained in that same packet of data was an Open value of 2270.0, however this was not marked as a trade; just as an update to the opening price.
Very shortly thereafter, we receive another trade at 2269.0, and contained within that data packet we had a High value of 2272.0. Again, there was no trade "flag" with that 2272.0 value.
If these two values, 2270.0 and 2272.0, were marked as trades, then they would have been included in the intraday chart. They were, however, reflected in the Quote Window and the Daily Chart.
Please let me know if you see any further errors along these lines. If this continues to be an issue, I will take this over to our development staff for further investigation.

Euronext is having major problems. There is no trade in Paris and Amsterdam. However, the CAC40 future is being traded, but no info in eSignal.
My guess is that the problems are related, and that because of the Euronext problems, eSignal isn't receiving any data at all. I think the engineers should take a look at how they are connected to Euronext, because if IB is having data, eSignal should have it too.
But 90% of the problem is with Euronext, not eSignal.
Edo.
